Sometimes you get lucky- this showed up at my local comic shop and they posted a pic on Instagram and I happened to see it and call before anyone else.

Every time I am at Zapp all they have are key flavors of week and and a tons of silver/bronze random books! Great pickup! I wish one time I’m there they have a huge Golden Age original owner collection come in

I rarely go there because of that- if I was not on Instagram at the perfect moment I would not have it  ... they do post a lot of stuff on social media I never see in the store though

I just acquired a Cap #46. Pieces out of spine and a chunk out of the back cover, but presents reasonably well.
