Some help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance .  Also to help me understand a little explanation as to what makes it that grade.  creases ticks etc.

Nice book! I'd give it a 7.0 due to spine tics, minor corner blunting and dirt or discoloring on the backside of the book.

I'm at 7.0 and maybe .5 less due to the minimal severity of the spine ticks but has rounded corners. It has the fold/bend that breaks colors through the right arm of spider-man.

so it is probably a 6.5, but I would still hope for a 7.0

5.5 There's a nearly 2 inch cb crease on the fc among other things.

Saw the crease as well, but I'm still thinking 6.0-6.5

Tough book to grade. It looks like a 7.0 to me.
