The owner was saying that this books price hasn't changed in over 10 years. Looks to be a 4.0-5.0 copy. Any one have a suggested ball park to start at price wise? Not familiar with the book. They have had a few sales over the years. Most of the comparable grade copies seem clustered between 2008 and 2014 sales; ranges from $2200-$1400.
