Hi, tonight I'll be listing about 20 books.

The raw books have not been cleaned or pressed.

As for the slabs, I submitted most of the books and many were pressed by Joey Post. I marked the ones that I know for sure were not pressed or cleaned (because I don't have all of my books pressed or cleaned).

 

Some of the books are new, some I've had for sale before. All of the prices should be fair, but in the case of the relisted books, I've lowered most of them.

 

I'm going to do shipping at my cost to be fair to those who are out of the Country or across the Country or near me. If you need a shipping quote, just ask. I use regional boxes whenever it's practical and I pay for private insurance and if you spend more than $200, I will pay for the signature that my insurance requires.

 

I accept Paypal, Checks or Money Orders. Payment is due in 7 days unless we have made other arrangements before you hit the Take it sign.

 

First take it wins. In case of a tie, the one visible on the boards wins.

 

Returns for any reason, but the book must be returned packed and shipped in the same manner it was shipped to the buyer within 7 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer unless I made an error.

 

Time payments are possible with a 20% non refundable downpayment paid within 3 days. Please contact me before taking a book if you need time payments with a schedule you can keep.

Adventure #271, 1960. The Origin of the feud between Lex Luthor and Superboy, how Lex lost his hair. Pages in the OW range. There is some spine wear and light creasing and a lower right corner crease on the front, some creasing and a tiny tear on the open edge on the back. Grade is  VG+ (4.5)

Katy Keene #7, CGC 4.0 OW, scarce, 1 of 5 on the census (and I own one of the other ones;) For all of you Archie fans, Katy is usually much tougher to find and now with the TV show coming out next year, she will be harder to find;)  Bin $150

Lawbreakers Always lose #2, Marvel Comics 1948, CGC 5.0 C/OW not pressed or cleaned. There are only 2 on the census, this one will make 3. Bin $245.00

Marvel Tales #97, CGC 5.0 cr/ow, Sungirl story (she was a Timely Heroine), 1950 Atlas.  $315

Color is truer on the 2nd picture, the cell phone one.

Official True Crime Cases #24 (1), 1947 Timely. CGC 4.5 OW/W. It has not been pressed or cleaned.

There are only two in the series and 6 on the census. Nice color and artists.

I have no idea how to price this, CGC says the book is trimmed, but I don't think it's the cover, I believe it's the excess paper that might be trimmed, but I don't know for sure.

I was a little surprised at the comment. 

Sensation Comics #27 Apparent 3.5 Cr/OW another book that is not easy to find. There are 12 total on the census.

Special Comics #1, MLJ 1941 CGC 5.5 C-4 Restoration includes color touch, tear seals, spine split sealed, cover cleaned. I know it says amateur, but I had the book slabbed and the resto looked good and not overdone. I actually bought this book from a famous boarder before I joined the boards.

Bin is $895 which might be a tad high, but the only one I see is a fair copy for $895 and this one is much nicer.
