These always look very neat, I'd love to collect them at least on a limited basis, but I've  wondered what the actual stories are like? I assume hit or miss like all things, but they LOOK like the stories should be worth reading.  Don't wanna threadjack, maybe should have sent a PM instead.

These Black Lizard Big Book of Pulps story compilation books are great for reading.

I bought that book about 3 years ago, and am still only about half way through, mainly because half the stories don't really grab you at page one.
