This one just sold in the past week for $227, but it was in a little nicer condition ("VF" advertised).  Hope that helps.

I was thinking of taking a shot at upgrading my membership to the EERIE #23 Club with some Christmas money last night, if this little beauty had stayed south of $200, but nope...

Yeah, definitely. Last 9.4 sold for $800 in 2018. Obviously you have a huge period for growth...an 8.0 sold for $750.00 in Aug of 2023. Regardless, the book already sold!
