NGC, PMG and CGC Suspend FedEx Shipments to California

The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) and its member companies have temporarily suspended shipments via FedEx to California. An alternate shipping carrier must be selected.

This suspension applies to all shipments from Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), Paper Money Guaranty (PMG) and Certified Guaranty Company (CGC).

If you have a shipment for which FedEx was selected, please contact Customer Service at 941-360-3990 or Service@NGCcoin.com to select an alternate carrier*.

* Note: For submissions that have already been received by a CCG company and have a California return address with FedEx selected as the carrier, the CCG company may, at its sole discretion, still use FedEx to return the submission. Submissions that have not yet been received by a CCG company and that have a California return address must select a carrier other than FedEx.
