CGC Announces Charity Auction and Custom Labels Benefitting KultureCity

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) is thrilled to announce an exciting initiative to benefit KultureCity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to sensory awareness and inclusion for people with invisible disabilities such as autism, dementia, PTSD and more. To help the organization raise awareness and money, CGC has designed a custom KultureCity label, with 100% of proceeds from the label and the sale going to KultureCity.

This initiative started when KultureCity reached out to CGC directly because several of its board members are comic book enthusiasts and collect CGC-certified books. After meeting with the board, CGC saw how the charity benefits many families and the comic book community through its efforts.

“We are honored to help KultureCity with its goal of making the world a more inclusive place for those living with invisible disabilities,” commented Ashley Habedank, CGC and CSG Marketing Manager. “Our hope is that these charity labels will not only enhance CGC comic book collections but also honor an incredible charity, with which the CGC community will become involved in order to make a difference.”

The custom KultureCity label is available now to the public for CGC Universal (blue) and Signature Series (yellow) submissions. It features the KultureCity logo and slogan, “Make the nevers possible,” with a vibrant watercolor background that conveys sensory accessibility and inclusion. For every label sold, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to KultureCity.

In addition to the charity labels, CGC has been helping to organize a large KultureCity charity auction that will include several CGC-graded comic books, posters and other incredible collectibles.
