Posted on 2/15/2023

CGC welcomes the acclaimed Alex Ross!

CGC is thrilled to announce an exclusive In-House Private Signing with the one-and-only Alex Ross! Ross is an icon in the industry, having earned numerous Eisner and Harvey Awards for his phenomenal artwork throughout his career.

CGC will be offering an all-new, exclusive, limited edition Alex Ross custom label to commemorate this special In-House Private Signing. The label will feature Ross’ signature logo and can be purchased for an additional cost by customers interested in adding it to their Alex Ross submissions!

Ross is one of the most well-respected modern comic book artists in the industry. He has both illustrated and written comics during his career and is best known for his work for DC and Marvel Comics. A few of the many notable series Ross has been a part of include The World's Greatest Super-Heroes, Kingdom Come, Marvels and Justice. Ross established his career by creating iconic interpretations of both Marvel and DC characters — first with Marvels (1994), and then with Kingdom Come (1996). Along with his interior work, he has also done exemplary covers on books like Batman: Harley Quinn #1, Justice League Adventures #1, Black Adam: The Dark Age #1, as well as the extremely popular icon covers that he created for Marvel Comics. Most recently, Ross released Fantastic Four: Full Circle, which he both wrote and illustrated.

“The Signature Series team is honored to have Alex join us for this exclusive Private Signing,” said Brittany McManus, CGC Signature Series Director. “Alex is one of the industry’s most beloved artists. We’re so stoked to have him join us and be able to offer fans a chance to collect his signature!”

The custom CGC x Alex Ross label is ONLY being offered for this event, and it is ONLY available for standard sized comics; not magazine submissions.
