CGC Companies Accepting Submissions at Baltimore Comic-Con

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) is excited to be accepting submissions of comics, magazines, video games and home videos at Baltimore Comic-Con at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland, on September 8-10, 2023.

About Baltimore Comic-Con

The Baltimore Comic-Con is an eagerly anticipated annual extravaganza that serves as a hub for the dynamic world of comics, sci-fi, fantasy and anime, drawing in attendees from far and wide. Featuring a bustling Artist Alley, where skilled illustrators and creators connect with their admirers, a plethora of exhibitors and dealers offering a treasure trove of comic books, collectibles and artwork, and a kaleidoscope of engaging panels and workshops, the Baltimore Comic-Con embodies a melting pot of artistic expression and interactive experiences.

Preparing Submissions for the Show

To spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-Off Service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a representative.

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Become a paid CGC member here.
2. Go to the online submission form for comics, video games or home video.
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
   
   Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
   
   
5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-Off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.

Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
