CGC and JSA Accepting Submissions at Fanatics Fest NYC and Presenting Can’t-Miss Sports Card Grails

CGC® and JSA® are excited to announce that we'll be accepting submissions at the third annual Fanatics Fest NYC, being held at the Javits Center in New York City on July 16-19, 2026. Bring your sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comics, magazines, video games, home video collectibles, and autographed memorabilia to submit, and then stick around for all the excitement at our booth.

• CGC-graded Grails Showcase – Make your way to the CGC booth to see three iconic grails of the hobby with your own eyes: a signed 1979-80 Topps #18 Wayne Gretzky rookie card graded CGC Gem Mint 10 with a 10 Auto grade; a 1909-11 T206 Honus Wagner; and a 1952 Topps #311 Mickey Mantle - Type 1 graded CGC 8. • Slab yourself a CGC Pristine 10! – Take a picture in our giant, 10-feet-tall slab and become a CGC Pristine 10. Your "slabbed" photo will make the perfect keepsake to commemorate Fanatics Fest NYC 2026!


• Meet the Grader – Sit down with a CGC expert to discuss up to three cards. Bring your questions and stop by the CGC booth to speak with CGC Cards Vice President Andy Broome (sports cards) on a first come, first served basis on Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.


• Meet the Autograph Experts – Sit down with a JSA expert to discuss up to two autographs. Bring your questions and stop by the CGC booth to speak with JSA President James J. Spence, Jr. on a first come, first served basis on Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.


• CGC Pin Giveaway – Exclusive, new 2026 CGC Pristine 10 pins will be handed out to anyone who submits to CGC (while supplies last). In addition, attendees have a chance to pull a special CGC Fanatics Fest pin, plus pins representing each of the three CGC-graded Grails Showcase cards. Stop by the CGC booth to grab one before they're gone, and check out the other prizes and free swag that will be given away all weekend long!


• Drop-offs for regular submissions – CGC is accepting regular submissions of cards, comics, video games, and home video collectibles, which will be taken back to its Sarasota, Florida, headquarters for certification at CGC’s regular grading fees — the best value in the industry (and submitters save one way on shipping).


• CGC Signature Series Witnesses – Fanatics Fest NYC attendees can get cards and comics signed in the presence of a CGC representative to ensure they can be encapsulated with the iconic CGC Signature Series yellow label.


• JSA Witnesses – What a show for collecting autographed memorabilia! Be sure to get your fresh sigs witnessed by a JSA representative to certify authenticity.


• JSA Drop-offs – Submission service at events is a same day drop-off/pick-up service and a text will be sent once it's ready! LOA services are provided but note that letters are shipped at a later date. It’s easy to submit to JSA. No paid membership is required. Complete our paper form located at the booth or use our user-friendly online submission form.


• JSA On-site – Trusted by major auction houses, dealers, and collectors worldwide, JSA certification helps enhance the value and marketability of your autographed items. JSA will be offering an $18 per autograph authentication special for any item signed at the event. Just stop by the JSA authentication booth #FF1206 after meeting your guest to receive certification. Plus, get a $15 coupon for a future JSA authentication service!

Drop Off Regular Submissions at the Show

Submit sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comics, magazines, video games, and home video collectibles for CGC grading. Autographed cards and comics may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification, and autographed memorabilia may be submitted for JSA-only services. CGC’s super-affordable regular fees apply to drop-off submissions, plus you’ll save one way on shipping!

All regular submissions will be transported to CGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading, and encapsulation. The cutoff for regular submissions is 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 19. To learn more about CGC Cards services and fees, go here.

How to submit

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for cards, comics, video games, or home video. (For JSA memorabilia submissions, just bring your item to the show.)
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission. Please note that you’ll have the option to choose JSA autograph authentication for cards after choosing your primary grading services.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.


5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading, and encapsulation.
