Collectors Summit is a premium, destination-level event dedicated to original comic art and comic books. Hosted in Las Vegas at Red Rock Casino, it brings together serious collectors, elite dealers, and celebrated artists for three focused days of access and high-value transactions.

CGC Submission Times

CGC will be accepting submissions at the following times:

• Saturday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Red Hood Comics (570 S. Decatur Boulevard in Las Vegas), which includes a special Dan Quintana signing event!
• Saturday, Sept. 12, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Preview Night Event at the Red Rock Casino
• Sunday, Sept. 13, from noon to 5 p.m. at the show

CGC Signature Series will be at the show with witnesses ready to put eyes on your prize(s)! Be sure to get your collectibles prepped with the CGC Signature Series online submission form to save you a lot of time at the show! Watch this short video to learn how to get this process started:

JSA on-site services for autographed memorabilia

Submit autographed memorabilia for Basic Certification (COA), and items are processed and finalized the same day. Collectors can also submit items for the JSA Letter of Authenticity (LOA). These are observed the same day, with final documented results sent later by mail. Go to SpenceLOA.com/fees for submission pricing.

Preparing submissions for the show

CGC will be accepting submissions of comics, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, and non-sports cards for grading. Autographed comics and cards may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification, and autographed memorabilia may be submitted for JSA-only services. Simply take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for comics or cards. (For JSA memorabilia submissions, just bring your item to the show.)
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission. Please note that you’ll have the option to choose JSA autograph authentication for comics and cards after choosing your primary grading services.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.


5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
