CGC Accepting Submissions at Card Party Dallas

CGC® is excited to be accepting submissions of cards, comics, video games, and home video collectibles at Card Party Dallas, being held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Dallas, Texas, on September 4-6.

In its biggest year yet, Card Party is taking their show on the road, with Dallas, Texas as their next stop. At this can't-miss weekend event for card collectors of all types, attendees have a lot to look forward to, including stage shows, creator meet-and-greets, massive trade nights, pack battles, tournaments, and much more! Whether you're a longtime collector or brand-new to the hobby, Card Party Dallas is the place to browse, buy, sell, and trade your favorite collectibles!

Our representatives will be accepting submissions at the show. Bring your favorite collectibles to take advantage of fast turnaround times and save one way on shipping fees! Further instructions on the submission process are below.

Preparing submissions for the show

Submit sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comics, video games, and home video collectibles for CGC grading. Autographed cards may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification. Simply take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for cards, comics, video games, or home video.
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission. Please note that you’ll have the option to choose JSA autograph authentication for cards after choosing your primary grading services.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.


5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading, and encapsulation.
